In this project, Twitch's Access-Ability Guild, an ERG (Employee Resource Group) for individuals with disabilities, I designed a Halloween-themed illustration to serve as an events calendar for NDEAM - National Disability Awareness Month.
The illustration featured characters inspired by distinct disabilities, celebrating Twitch's workers with disabilities. Using the rubber hose style of illustration popular in the 1930s, the artwork portrayed 3 blind mice, a skeleton service dog, a mobility-disabled Jack-o'-lantern, an amputee cat, and a ghost with hyperacusis. Each character was linked to an event related to their design.
The Halloween-themed illustration was displayed across internal communications and screens inside multiple main offices on each working floor.
