During Women’s History Month, Twitch's Women+ Guild (ERG) requested an illustration symbolizing strength and sisterhood for informational slides and a greeting card.

Drawing inspiration from Rosie the Riveter and Corporate Vector Illustrations, I designed an image of corporate-styled women supporting each other with linked arms. One woman raises a fist, representing determination and solidarity in their shared experiences. The initial purple color palette was adjusted with corporate accent colors and soft tints. This illustration became the centerpiece of the Women+ Guild's imagery for the month, promoting unity and inclusivity within the group for members and allies alike.
